Return & Refund Policy

At Happy Hair Charms, every hair charm is handmade with love and carefully inspected before it ships. We want you to love your order! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Because our hair charms are wearable accessories, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.

If your item has not been worn and you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before sending anything back.


Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box or mailer if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit
  • A replacement (if available)

Claims submitted after 7 business days from delivery may not be eligible for reimbursement.


Damage After Wear

Our hair charms are handmade using durable wire thread, but like all handmade accessories, they should be handled with care.

If your charm becomes damaged after it has been worn, please contact us with photos of the damage. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, we will gladly review each situation individually.

If approved, we may issue store credit to your Happy Hair Charms account. Refunds are not available for items damaged after use.


Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • A missing item
  • A defective item

Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn hair charms
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Gift cards 

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

If store credit is issued, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order and can be used toward any future purchase.


Our Handmade Promise

Each Happy Hair Charm is handcrafted by Mina with care. Because every charm is handmade, slight variations in bead placement or charm arrangement may occur. These small differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
