Thank you for shopping with Happy Hair Charms! Every order is carefully handmade, packaged with love, and shipped from Oklahoma. We appreciate your support of our small business!
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
- During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
- If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. If applicable, the promotion details will be listed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Happy Hair Charms is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Happy Hair Charms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, we recommend:
- Checking around your property
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box or mailer
- Photos of any damaged packaging materials
After reviewing the claim, we may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- A refund
Claims submitted after 7 business days may not qualify.
International Shipping
At this time, Happy Hair Charms ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we'll update this policy.
Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately cannot be combined once they have entered processing.
